Clean and chop fruit into small pieces. You can use frozen fruit, just make sure the fruit is sweet. Place chopped fruit in mason jar.
Pour in Kefir until it covers most of the fruit. Add vanilla extract and chia seeds. Stir ingredients together.
Place lid on jar and let sit in refrigerator until the mixture thickens. Once thickened, topped with crushed walnuts and enjoy!

1 cup approx. Kefir (Plain, unsweetened drinkable kind)
4 medium to large strawberries

Mint Chocolate Smoothie Recipe
Recipe:
1 cup frozen sliced bananas
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 tbsp. unsweetened peanut butter
2 tbsp. cacao nibs
1/8 tsp. peppermint extract
Equipment:
Blender
Measuring cup
Measuring spoons
Instructions:
Add bananas, spinach, peanut butter, cacao nibs, ½ cup of almond milk (save remaining half to add later), and peppermint extract into blender. Blend until smooth. If ingredients get stuck to sides, add the remaining ½ of almond milk.
Tips:
Use frozen ingredients for a cold, ice cream like texture, otherwise it will be more of a warm, liquid consistency. Less liquid makes the smoothie thick and creamy. Freeze fresh bananas to avoid the tart taste of the citric acid additives in prepackeged frozen bananas.
